As a budget traveler, I really enjoyed the value for money at this hidden gem. the house itself was stunning, with amazing rooms that offered breathtaking views of the Bay of Biscay. the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even with our minimal Spanish. the clean and well-maintained grounds added to the overall charm of the place. the breakfast, which was reasonably priced, was delicious and included options for eggs, bacon, and fruit on top of the continental spread. the quiet and safe location up in the hills provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Lekeitio, and the walk down to the town was easily accessible by car.

We stayed at a hotel on the outskirts of a quiet village, tucked away behind the church and cemetery. Although it was a bit hard to find, the location was perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. the owners were friendly and helpful, even though they only spoke Spanish. the room and bathroom were spotless and well-equipped, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. We also had a balcony with fabulous views down to the coast.
Finding dining options nearby was a bit challenging.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful decor throughout the hotel. We especially loved the living room area on the second floor, which offered stunning views of the ocean and mountains. The price/value ratio was excellent, and the couple who owned the place were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided great advice on local attractions and were always available to assist. The continental breakfast was delicious and provided a good start to our day of exploring.
One drawback was the lack of nearby dining options. While the hotel itself did not have a restaurant, it would have been convenient to have a food store or more restaurants within walking distance.
